News: press statement Founding Conference of the Eritrean Blin concluded: The Eritrean Blin Ethnic Nation accomplished a founding conference on the 31st of March 2012 in Geneva, Switzerland. The Blin founding conference hall was decorated with Ethnic and national themes that included, all our revolutionary efforts must be directed against the PFDJ regime; the time is ripe for mass rebellion of the Eritrean Nationalities; today our conference took place abroad, the next will be in Keren; success for the change framework that the Eritrean National Council for Democratic Change (ENCDC) is undertaking. The themes were written in Blen, Arabic and Tigrinya languages. In assessing the agenda and timing of the gathering the Blin movement delegates highlighted that the conference was taking place at a time the Eritrean Ethnic Nationalities have fallen victims of extreme ethnic discrimination, political oppression, economic exploitation, and debilitating human losses due to the Eritrean regime obsession with war and conflict resulting grave concerns over the very existence of the Eritrean Ethnic nationalities. Our conference has successfully ratified conference documents relating to organisational structure, Organizational policy, and working program following a thorough discussion. The Blin conference elected its leadership in a democratic process and endorsed key recommendations. The Blin celebrated the event by an open to all grand cultural play before conclusion. More details will follow soon by the Eritrean Blin Democratic Organization.
